(DIY) kind of spook night. According to a recent Bing

purchasing a costume to wear for one night is too expensive.
Among the most popular DIY
looks this year is Kate Middleton - 47 percent of women
fancy dressing like the fashionable Princess. Edward
Cullen topped the list for men - 35 percent say they'll
transform themselves into the Twilight sex symbol. From
real people to movie stars, DIY experts say their looks
can be achieved with the right combo of wardrobe, make-up
and attitude.
Bing has partnered with celebrity
stylists Rob Zangardi and Mariel Haenn to provide tips
and tricks for becoming a DIY genius this Halloween.
-
It's reality TV time! When in doubt, remember
nearly everyone identifies with reality TV stars.
Love them or hate them, some reality stars have
become just as recognizable as movie or rock stars.
-
Dress like a rock star. Some of favorite
costumes are inspired from what stars wear onstage.
One way to really impress at your Halloween party
is to find the most identifiable look from your
favorite artist' performance or music video and
break down the look. Everyone wants to party like
a rock star and now you can look the part with ripped
jeans and shades.
-
Makeup cures all. Makeup and hair styling
are a great way to create a fun and easy costume.
If you're able to master the makeup, the rest of
the costume is sure to fall in line. Signature looks
of classic rock stars are always fan favorites.
For example, full face make up to mimic KISS makes
the look and all you need is black clothing to fill
out the character.
