According to a national survey
of HR professionals, the best way to attract and retain
talent - even above compensation - is to provide flexible
work arrangements. The Families and Work Institute and
the Society for Human Resource Management (SHERM) have
announced a new multi-year partnership to transform
the way organizations view and adopt workplace flexibility,
helping them become more successful.
Dr. Shirley Davis, director
of Global Diversity & Inclusion at SHERM, explains further.

"WHEN WORK WORKS" INITIATIVE. WE HAVE FOUND OVER THESE
YEARS THAT EMPLOYERS OF ALL SIZES THAT ADOPT EFFECTIVE
