With an increasing number
of service members returning from Iraq and Afghanistan,
it is more important than ever to understand the challenges
faced by warriors after they return home. The Real Warriors
Campaign offers online and phone resources 24-hours
a day for veterans and service members who may be experiencing
invisible wounds. The campaign encourages veterans and
their families coping with invisible wounds to reach
out for support.

Meg Krause knew the warning signs of depression and
PTSD, yet didn't recognize them in herself. Fortunately
others did and encouraged her to seek help. Learning
how to manage her psychological health has enabled her
to continue a successful military and civilian career
