Here's an easy way to fit
exercise into your work day. The Blue Cross and Blue
Shield Association is encouraging workers across the
country to get out of the office and on the sidewalks
to participate in National Walk @ Lunch Day on Wednesday,
April 30.
Carole Redding Flamm, executive
medical director in the Office of Clinical Affairs for
the Association, is encouraging employees to turn working
lunches into walking lunches.
